He attended West Chester University in West Chester, Pennsylvania, where he studied kinesiology while working as a personal trainer for the Philadelphia Flyers. He continued schooling at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida, to earn his doctorate.  In 2008, Dr. Fetterman opened Creative Health & Spine. Since then, he has been active in the Berwyn community as a fitness trainer and owner of FXNL Fitness. He continues to publish information on neuropathy and enjoys his time outside of work with his wife, daughter, and dog.  At Creative Health & Spine, Dr. Fetterman routinely uses chiropractic techniques such as the sacral-occipital technique and Back-on-Trac decompression. He also specializes in exercise with oxygen therapy (EWOT), pulse electromagnetic field therapy (PEMF), and medical weight loss.
