They were great! We called because our spa just stopped working and I was unable to find the problem. Daniel was on time, courteous, went right to work and found the problem within 20 minutes. Since they charge for a one hour minimum, he went through all of the best ways to keep my spa in good condition, showing me where to look for issues, where I could find all the filters and chemicals I need (that has been a challenge with Covid as many places didn't have the products I previously bought there). All in all it was a great experience. He had the part that was faulty in his truck and everything has been find since. I will definitely use them again if I need service for our spa.
