Hi! Our cancellation policy is: Payment in full will be required at the time of the reservation. - We reserve the right to refuse service. - Refunds for your stay will not be issued after check-in for any reason. - No show, no refund. If we don’t hear from you by 2 pm on the second day of your reservation, we will release your reserved site to another potential guest. - Late departures will be charged for an additional night’s stay. - Cancellations must be made via the booking website. - Guests who cancel their reservation more than 30 days in advance will be charged a $25 cancellation fee and the remaining amount will be refunded. - Guests who cancel their reservation 15-30 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund. - Guests who cancel their reservation 14 days or less prior to check-in will not be eligible for a refund.
