Custom Koats Painting LLC

Terrible, unreliable, unprofessional company. They tried rescheduling the painting with me at 5pm the evening prior to the 9am appointment we had the next morning without giving a reason. When I called them back to tell them that was unprofessional they had children answer the phone, that yelled at me and hung up. I ended up calling back 8 times before I spoke to Chris and told him how unhappy I was with them. I paid for three rooms of interior paint and they didn't coat the walls, left the paint see through and patchy. Took my money and said I would have to pay another $250 to do another coat, stating they wouldn't waste any more time without getting paid more. Took pictures of how terrible it turned out and gave them a chance to do the job right, but they refused. Were worried more about smoking outside and getting the money than the quality of the work. Completely went against their motto which says "Leave the job to the professionals and receive guaranteed results." Got paint all over the back of my tv and left spots uncovered. Do NOT go with this company if you want the job done right and by professionals.
