We hired Sun Ku to paint our living room, dining room, hallway, and 1st floor bathroom. There was some lead paint in the hall way that required special handling. The work went terribly, and Sun quit after repeatedly dismissing or refusing to listen to our requests. He seemed to laugh off our concerns about the lead paint (even in the presence of a very pregnant woman), insisting that he was going to sand it. We ended up going with another firm to carefully prepare the surfaces with lead paint to and we told him repeatedly not to do any more than very light sanding, but one of his workers went ahead and use a power sander in the area. He also painted directly on a newly replaced window sash cord that we specifically told him not to paint on (which will now have to be replaced again), painted one wall the completely wrong color, and also got wall paint directly on some of our natural wood trim (which he insisted was "a scratch" even though the affected area was the exact same color as the new wall paint). He is absolutely unconcerned about listening to the costumer, about lead paint safety, and providing a quality service. AVOID!
