Lifesaver!!! I want to give Mark my eternal thanks for helping me out of my dire situation. I locked the keys to my rental car in the trunk. After 18 hours of trying on my own, I had the vehicle towed to the Hyundai dealer in Spokane. John from the service department suggested giving Mark a call, since he has had good success prior. Great suggestion! Mark only needed five minutes to get my trunk open. I was on my way within a few minutes headed back to Pullman to finish my Dad's weekend with my daughter. Thank you, Mark.
