I will just let the pictures do the talking. We hired James Zanatta/Pro Craft Builders to build us a home on our land in Hernando County Florida. Here are some pictures of the interior trim work done on our home by Pro Craft Builders. They say more than I can say! Additionally, our floor failed within 4 months. We notified James and finally after another 3 months there was an inspection done showing the installation by James Zanatta's flooring subcontractor caused the failure. Even though the warranty that was in James' contract states "Any defect found in the Work within the warranty period shall be promptly replaced or repaired by Contractor at no cost to Owner" James told us he would send us a check for $4600. I told him we did not want a check, we wanted our floor fixed. He basically told us 'take it or leave it'. We had 2 flooring people come and give us an estimate. They were for $7400 and $8300. When we told James this, again...."take it or leave it". So basically it seems like we now do not have a warranty on his work and we are just done with James Zanatta/Pro Craft Builders. I will be filing a full report on this situation with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and for whatever it is worth with the Better Business Bureau. Buyer Beware of Pro Craft Builders.
