I really wanted to give Jason a great review, however, he was 6 hours late without a phone call or text. He took my dishwasher apart, left for the day and never gave me an estimate. He returned the following day with a new motor, finished up and gave me a price of $378.
I could have had a new dishwasher installed for that price. After paying him, because what were my options really, I asked for a breakdown of the bill for my landlord. Jason assured me he would have it for me in a few days. After texting and calling him for a week with absolutely no response, MY HUSBAND called and was told they would NOT give us a breakdown because it would be more work for them. I guess I should have paid him an even $400 for an itemization. Unreal.
They’re way overpriced and unprofessional.
