Kitchen remodel including; reconfigured existing and installed new cabinets, demo floor/backsplash and re-tiled, plumbing for sink/dishwasher, installed new appliances, installed new electrical outlet, completed drywall repair and replaced baseboards:
We began by choosing and purchasing all new materials and appliances. Work started on the project with demo, cabinet reconfiguration and installation of new cabinets. Next the work on re-tiling the floors and installing new range, range hood and dishwasher. T&R then coordinated with the company we were using for granite counter top installation. After granite install, the back-splash tile, final plumbing and other finishing work was completed.
Our overall experience was very good. Tim Newcomb is extremely professional and has an eye for detail. All parts of the remodel that he completed were on schedule and high quality. He also was easy to reach by cell phone and always responsive to us. We really appreciated the fact that Tim always went above and beyond on each aspect of the project, even correcting issues created by others involved in the project.

Tim remodeled the home we just purchased:
The work included new flooring, new ceilings, electrical work, plumbing, installation of replacement windows, new doors and trim, and exterior trim. All of the work was professionally done.
We could not have asked for a better contractor. Tim and his crew were always professional and courteous. If we had a question he always responded in a timely and positive manner. Poor Tim had a few extra headaches due to the mortgage company, but he never gave up and remained patient and committed to providing us with the best service possible even before the work began.
I would recommend Tim to anyone. In fact he has our contact information and we have told him that he may give out that information to prospective customers who want to get a reference on Tim. In the future when work needs to be done on our home we will be contacting Tim.

Tim rebuilt our pantry, remodeled a bathroom, and installed a tile backsplash in the kitchen:
Tim was prompt and very good about communicating with us. He was also very patient. The new pantry he created is a wonderful. We'll definitely call him when we're ready to tackle other projects.

Total upgrade of bathroom:
The company is family owned and owner and sons are only employees at this time. Work was done on time and was absolutely excellent in every way. My entire family was overjoyed. Cannot speak more highly of the job done or the family that did it.

Complete bathroom remodel: plumbing, tile, dry wall, wood work, etc.:
Tim and his crew did a fantastic job making our bathroom vision come to life! We designed and purchased a majority of the materials ourselves. Very professional and personable. Even the dogs like them! A huge plus is how clean they were. They always laid down tarps to cover the walkway from the front door to the bathroom, kept the construction area tidy, and most visitors didn't even realize there was construction going on in the house. We greatly appreciated how Tim always kept us informed about everything. A+ for sure!
