I am certified in the Cox flexion distraction decompression technique. I also use the Thompson, SOT, & Diversified techniques in the spine. I use the Activator for children & extremities. Physical therapy modalities: ultrasound, interferential muscle stimulation, spinal decompression, intersegmental traction, cervical traction, & lumbar traction. Rehabilitative strengthening stretching includes wobble board, rocker board, triflex total body rehab system, elliptical, recumbent bike, Cox lumbar exercises, Cox isotonic neck exerciser with exercise sheet, & taping of extremity joints. I carry multiple supplies including vitamins, glucosamine/chondroitin, probiotics, natural muscle relaxers, disc & joint relief complex, tens units & replacement pads, Chattanooga coldpacs, Accuthotix custom orthotics, & FootLevelers custom orthotics/shoes & pillows. I am also a consultant with Pure Haven essentials which is a company specializing in products that are safe to use with no products banned in Europe which have been linked to causing cancer but allowed in the USA.
