On Wednesday April 19 I brought in my 2017 Hyundai Sonata for 7500 mile service. I had scheduled an appointment online for 8AM. I am a long time Manfredi/Island Hyundai customer and this was one of my best service experiences. Carol was great. Fast, friendly, great communication. My car was ready in one hour. Very satisfied. New Tim Horton's down the street is a bonus!!!

Larry Farina & Rocco Trentacosta are awesome! Larry worked with me to ensure I was getting the vehicle I truly wanted and at a great price. Rocco worked hard to ensure I was getting the best possible rate and even gave me insight into what was the better route (finance or lease) for my particular circumstances. He even had three other customers to work on after me and ensured my paperwork was 100% complete so I wouldn't have to make a return trip from Brooklyn to sign anything. They both worked well past the 6 pm closing time and put their personal plans aside to ensure I left a happy & satisfied customer and felt like a part of the Island Hyundai family. I am a repeat customer (this is vehicle #3 with Island Hyundai) and will continue in the future. Thanks again for a great experience!!!
