Peaceful Way Massage & Reiki

60- and 90-minute massages are an integrated massage that mixes Swedish massage and neuromuscular therapy, with focused work in areas that need more attention. Discussion with the client prior to the massage will determine the type of massage and any areas that require deeper work or more time. Also, Reiki can be incorporated in the massage, if the client desires.

Reiki, an energy healing modality can be provided as a stand-alone session, or be part of a massage session. Reiki is very relaxing and beneficial for body, mind, spirit and emotion.

Lomi Lomi massage is Hawaiian massage that features full-length body strokes. Sessions are at least 90 minutes long. There is a spiritual aspect to the massage.

Thai foot massage with reflexology is a lower leg and foot massage that incorporates a reflexology treatment. Reflexology helps the body's organs. There is also time for head and shoulder massage or Reiki at the end of the session.
