Airport Pick up Procedures:
Mts Limousine Service must complies with the regulations of local airport and traffic authorities. In accordance with these regulations and for your convenience, we have established the following pick up procedures:
Baltimore International & Dulles
Our driver will meet you inside the baggage claim area for your arriving flight with a name sign.
National Airport
Our driver will meet you on the lower level at the outer most curbside lane with a name sign on the passenger window. You must call us before coming out of the terminal. Please use the exit at the baggage claim area for your arriving flight.
International Travelers
Our driver will meet you outside the customs gate with a name sign.
Union Station
Our driver will meet you at the middle curbside lane with a name sign on the passenger window. You must call us before coming out of Union Station
Please call our number if your travel plans change or if you miss your flight, so that our 24-hour operators can modify your reservation.
Waiting Time
For airport pickup, domestic flights are given a 30 minute grace period and International flights are given a 45 minute grace period from the time plane lands. All other pickup locations grace period is 10 minutes. After that time has passed, the applicable waiting time will be charged
