Please use the exit at the baggage claim area for your arriving flight. International Travelers Our driver will meet you outside the customs gate with a name sign. Union Station Our driver will meet you at the middle curbside lane with a name sign on the passenger window. You must call us before coming out of Union Station Please call our number if your travel plans change or if you miss your flight, so that our 24-hour operators can modify your reservation. Waiting Time For airport pickup, domestic flights are given a 30 minute grace period and International flights are given a 45 minute grace period from the time plane lands. All other pickup locations grace period is 10 minutes.
