This garage door company was fantastic. My automatoic garage door broke, they came out the same day. After they left, the motor seemed a little loud to me ( it IS 25 years old). I called back, spoke to the owner (Sean), who came out that very evening, greased up all the moving parts, and politely reminded me that the motor is getting old. I thanked him for coming out so quickly and he told me that he wanted to make sure I was happy with their service. They were all very pleasant, the price was very reasonable, and would highly recommend them.

I've found out the hard way that you usually end up paying extra in the service industry for: reliability, punctuality, pleasant demeanor, good craftsmanship. Luckily, there are businesses and people like John which are still willing to provide all of this at a not only reasonable but beat all the competitions price. I almost want my other garage door to break so I can give Sean's some more business.
