This guy shows up smelling like booze. Which I wouldn't complain about if he hadn't caused major damage to my vehicle. Very, very careless he was. Against my better judgement I let him complete the tow. He slams my vehicle down and breaks the ball joint and sway bar. Wasn't apologetic at all. In fact he got aggressive when I tried to talk to him about the damage he had just did.

Truck #8 License plate: T0118H Time of Incident: 2:43pm, 2/12/2016 Place: I-45 Southbound Near League City Parkway Exit (Houston, TX) We were behind this tow truck on the feeder on a section of highway that was closed down. The truck had a red car in tow. The driver threw his coke bottle out the window and it bounced back and hit our car. We pulled alongside him to take a pic of the License information on the side of his truck. He saw me taking a picture and he rolled down his window and spewed a string of profanity. Not satisfied with the profanity, he went out of his way to cut in front of us twice without a blinker. If we hadn't slammed on the brakes, we would have hit the car he had in tow. All the while screaming profanity. Once we were on the highway, he attempted to cut us off a third time, but we were able to get far away from him. The behavior was EXTREMELY dangerous. No damage to our car from the bottle fortunately; but the owner of the car-in-tow was very fortunate there was no collision. I would never trust this business.
