My Father-in-law came to visit us from Toronto Canada and drove his Audi down. He heard a noise coming from his tires/wheels on the way down and asked for a local repair shop. We came to Crabapple Car Care and had them take a look. They found the issue, took the car in, fixed it and had my Father-in-law back on the road, safe and sound, in a very timely manner. They were very professional and extremely knowledgeable! I would definitely refer my friends and family to them anytime!

I can give Crabapple Car Care an excellent rating and from now on will bring my BMW for future repairs. The prices are also much lower than at my dealership service center. I would recommend Crabapple Car Care to everybody.

My entire family loves Grey because he explains to us in simple terms that we understand. My dad and mom enjoy the extraordinarily "customer friendly" place. Bonnie treats you like family. I do not take the time to write reviews like this unless the service and my experiences are remarkable. Gray, Bonnie, their excellent work & prices are indeed...remarkable.

These people don't know what customer satisfaction is, nor do they know how to run a business. Getting any work done here takes days....even the most simple repair. Their bill rate is $86 per hour, which is a dead giveaway that they are overpriced ripoffs. The old woman runs the business, and she doesn't know anything about cars or mechanical problems. The head mechanic is frequently absent. They hire in temporary people part time to do the heavy lifting and so they can only take certain jobs at certain times when they have the appropriate staff allocated. Not a place to put your confidence.

Final bill was more than double the verbally quoted price. They took weeks to complete work that should have been done in days. They never provided a written quote, only verbal, and never asked for an "ok" from me when starting additional work. After paying an outrageous price, and waiting weeks for my car, the same problem returned as soon as I left their lot. An inspection by another provider revealed that they had never performed the work at all. When attempting to get the repair done right, they told me I'd have to wait three more days while they had bigger jobs to do. They were so arrogant and self absorbed, they couldn't even understand why I was upset. When you screw up somebody's car, you fix it first. You don't tell someone in that position that they have to get to the back of the line.
