This approach will take a little more time and effort and adds an additional step with signing the Design-Build Agreement. But the end result is a home to truly call your own. How long does a new build take?

Our Process is to build your home on paper on purpose before we build it in 3D. This allows everyone to think through and decide on items that can otherwise derail a construction schedule. We can confidently provide you with the prompt delivery of your completed home as a result of all of the efforts taken before we start construction. It takes between 18-32 weeks to complete the construction of your new home! You have carefully made all of the Selections for your new home, and you have cast your vision. Now it’s time to sit back, relax and watch your home become a 3D reality.
