About Bulls Head Pet Hospital

Located in Stamford, Connecticut, Bull's Head Pet Hospital is dedicated to providing quality, friendly care to the pets of Fairfield County. Our patients include just about every kind of small animal and pocket pet: dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, amphibians, rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, chinchillas, hamsters, gerbils, mice, sugar gliders, and rats. About the Bull's Head Team Our staff at Bull's Head Pet Hospital prides itself in providing quality time and attention to you and your pets. Each pet appointment is thirty minutes in length, with new pets allotted sixty minutes. Each appointment is individualized to meet you and your pets' needs in regard to comprehensive medical care, vaccinations, nutrition, and behavior. Our friendly, caring and well-trained staff members are a diverse group who can also communicate in Spanish and Polish, if necessary. In addition to dogs and cats, we care for birds, rabbits, ferrets, and pocket pets such as guinea pigs, hamsters and gerbils. Reptiles and amphibians can amble in as well! We are very proud of our newly renovated pet hospital, which was designed and equipped with you in mind. Our new pet lodging building provides a home away from home feeling, with large runs for your pet to exercise and also includes a nice comfy bed. Thank you for viewing our site. We hope our Mission Statement will be as significant to you as it has become to us . . . "We will challenge ourselves everyday to do more for pets and people and do it better together" We are proud to actively contribute to our community including school visit/education programs and bringing pets into hospitals and nursing homes. We also assist in Friends of Felines, a pet adoption organization, in the care of the stray cat and kitten population. Additionally, we treat any stray pet brought to our hospital, without financial obligation to the good Samaritan. Each veterinarian and team member is deeply committed to the health and well-being of your pet. We love animals as much as you do! Our mission statement is "Sharing the Care." Our professional affiliations include Fairfield County Veterinary Medical Association, Connecticut Veterinary Medical Association, and Connecticut Veterinary Practice Management.
