I toured Edgewater at Boca Pointe, and I'm grateful for the seniors' warning us about the noise. The constant racetrack-like racket is unbearable. It's impossible to find any peace there.

The management's indifference to this issue is shocking. Seniors deserve better than this disruptive environment. During my visit, residents shared their napless days and stress caused by the noise. It's clear that the management prioritizes profits over residents' wellbeing.

The overall upkeep of the facility is lacking too, and staff dismiss noise complaints. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Edgewater at Boca Pointe. Look for a senior living community that truly values its residents' comfort and happiness.
