Some insurances companies have preferred repair shops that they work with directly. We are a Direct Repair Provider for most major insurance companies and can assist you with processing your claim. This allows the customer to schedule their car for repairs immediately. Q.: What if my car needs to be towed? A.: If you are not able to drive your vehicle or it is unsafe to drive, you can have it towed directly to our facility and we will pay your tow bill. We will also help you contact your insurance company to see if car rental coverage is provided. Q.: Do you provide a rental car? A.:Do not drive your car if it has been damaged to the point of being unsafe. If you are not able to drive your vehicle you can have it towed directly to our facility and we will pay your tow bill. A.:Repair times are dependent upon the amount of damage to the vehicle. Average repair time is 2 days, but some repairs may take longer depending on the severity of the damage. In most cases we are able to get parts in overnight to ensure a quick repair. Every car professionally detailed There's nothing like a clean car. Not only do we care for the outside of your car with detailed precision, but we care about the inside, too. We'll professionally clean your car inside and out to get it looking it's very best. Shuttle service to & from work When you have an accident, finding a ride to work is the last thing you need to worry about. We provide a shuttle service so you can rest easy. Weekend Drop Off Available Accidents can happen at any time, and sometimes it's just more convenient to be able to drop off your car over the weekend. That's why we make our facilities available to you at all times. Feel free to drop off your car after hours, and use our convenient drop box to safely leave your keys. We guarantee the paint to match We use premium grade Standox paint along with formulas straight from the factory to give us the perfect paint match. We also have our own mixing facility and spray booth on-site to professionally bake the finish. We pay your towing bill If you need to get your car to our body shop, whether it be straight from the accident, from a storage facility, or towing company, we'll pay the bill! You don't need to worry about a dime, it's on us with our compliments. Quick Turnaround Times We take pride in keeping our turnaround times as efficient as possible. We'll do everything in our power to keep repair delays to a minimum after we receive your vehicle in our shop. Vehicles stored indoors At Boyce Auto Body, your peace of mind is important to us.
