This is our third car purchased from Hendrick Honda in 9 years. Do I need to say more ? Mr. Watkins was very helpful , knowledgeable, and friendly. I like the way Hendrick Honda does their business, they are very upfront in pricing (itemizing cost, email), lots of add on bonus, no "vulture" type car sale representatives, and the best of all they are respect their clients knowledge.

Virtually everyone I came into contact with at Hendrick Honda bent over backwards to be as helpful as possible! They honored the True Car price quote I had been given by a car buying service. After adding VA sales tax, freight, and DMV fees, the total was a little higher than my pre-approved loan from my bank. I know they allowed me almost twice what my 20-year-old trade-in was worth, too! When the total was still a little over my pre-approved loan amount, they offered to do Honda financing at a rate below the best I could find in 2 weeks of searching. My experience with Hendrick was exceptionally positive - and this is not an opinion I hand out regularly. My situation was simple, I needed a new or used car to replace one of two high mileage cars. I also had very limited time to visit dealerships or endlessly work through clogged websites. As such, I reached out to multiple local dealerships with a clear specification on what I was looking for. Anthony immediately responded. From there, we exchanged multiple e-mails across multiple days until I was available to visit the dealership 30 minutes before closing. Anthony stayed for another two-hours until we finally committed 48-hours later. We got the car we wanted, at a fair price, and Hendrick worked with us on our trade-in value. Overall, we are very pleased. Everyone was very polite and responsive - a no fuss experience.
