I NEVER thought I would purchase a used vehicle, but with Advantage it just makes sense. Why not buy a less expensive car, get better service than you would receive at a dealership, and be able to return for all service issues for a far better process than anywhere else? Purchasing with Advantage just makes sense. Additionally, I would recommend asking for Michael because he has been AWESOME everytime I've been in there.

Salesman was very nice and patient with us. When my husband went back alone to purchase the truck, Michael was very patient with my husband's thinking process. He has heart problems and cannot think as clearly as he used to.

Excellent dealership, we worked with Michael on the Sales staff and he couldn't have been better to work with. It was a very low pressure environment and he was very knowledgable about the vehicles we considered. Additionally his follow-up after the sale was excellent as we needed to have tint added to the vehicle as well as have the vehicle detailed. Walt was extremely helpful walking the vehicle through the service process and providing a loaner car. He has continued to follow-up more than a month after the sale. Highly recommend both Advantage Auto Sales and Michael Garcia.

We bought a Pre-Owned Cadillac at a steal for price, super clean car and runs great. I never expected to even have enough to buy the vehicle since I had to pay for all the tax and fees but they gave me a price out the door and I didn't even try to jew them down, this was a price I knew I wouldn't find anywhere else in town for what I was getting..

My wife and I heard about Advantage Auto Sales from a friend of mine. I told her I did not have the best credit and I needed a 4 wheel drive. That's when she told me to see Mchael Garcia at Advantage Auto sales in Midvale, UT. My husband and I went down to see Michael and felt extremely comfortable from the moment we met him. He worked with us and found us exactly what we needed in a vehicle. We now have a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder with affordable payments and great interest! Thank you Michael for everything you did for us. I will definitely recommend your dealership to whomever I come in contact with that is car shopping.

To Whom It May Concern:

I just wanted to write this letter and let you know how great it was to work with Advantage Auto Sales Utah . In Oct. I came in to get a new car because the one I had was just to much for me. I ended up working with Michael Garcia, who was simply fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the cars and knew exactly what I wanted when a simple 5 minute explanation. I purchased a Bmw X5 and was very pleased with the car. In Dec. the timing belt decided to break on me which ruined the entire engine, it was out of the 30 days they gave me the dealership was responsible for it.

So I had a broken down car and not enough money to fix it. I gave Michael Garcia a call to see if there was something that they can do. I ended up speaking to Michael who was awesome, I explained to him what happened and he was very sympathetic and was driven to get it fix. Ultimately he replaced the engine no charge to me. I would just like to say thank you so much for everything you guys have done, you made the process very easy and simple. I know you didn't have to do anything but you did and that will make me a Advantage Auto Sales car dealership buyer for life. Thank you Advantage Auto Sales and Michael Garcia.

I am very dissapointed with Advantage Auto Sales. I spoke 3 weeks ago with Michael regarding a Tahoe. I called Advantage Auto and Mr Michael Garcia answered. He described very accurate the Tahoe. I informed him that I will think about and I will let him know. After one week I decided to pay them a visit and see the inventory and test drive the Tahoe. Being 300 miles away I left to Midvale along with my wife decided to spend the Saturday like a road trip. I left home around 9am and I arrived at the dealership around 1pm. When I arrived Michael was very surprised to see me. Now comes the issue: They only have few cars at the address. They keep most of the inventory 20 miles away in a warehouse because they sell most of their vehicles online. He told me that if I wanted to test drive the car I should have made an appointment, for them to be able to bring the car to the dealership and because I did not called before to make the appointment I can't see the car that day because being Saturday he was the only sales person at the dealership. He should have told 1 week before I came that if I want to see a specific car I should make an appointment. He forgot to tell me. Because of this I do not recommend them. Very poor customer service. Although I have a have a friend who bought from I was very dissapointed. I won't recommend them because Michael made me lose 1 day from our precious life. If you still want to buy a car from them make sure to call them before to make an appointment, so you won't lose time and money with the trip.

I like the idea of not having to come into a contest of wills with a salesman, knowing what the price is going to be.
We get all of our changes and everything done here, and it's real easy
to make appointments to drop the car off, come and get it when it's done.
I feel really comfortable. When I came here I felt everything was
provided for me. I didn't feel lost when I came in. They kinda told me
straight up.

The staff at Advantage Auto Sales were very courteous to us and at no time tried to rush us through the process! We leased our vehicle right at closing time on a Saturday, so I can appreciate the fact that they probably were ready to go home, but they never rushed us, nor indicated we were keeping them late! They also checked up on us the week after to make sure everything was still going well! Thank you to them!

I recently bought a 2012 Mercedes-Benz E550 from Advantage Auto Sales. This dealership was very helpful and interested in finding exactly what I was looking for. My salesperson really worked hard to find the car I wanted and to find a way to make the deal work. This was the best new car buying experience I have ever had. I'm a first time buyer and was very nervous about buying my first car. I did a lot of research before visiting Advantage Auto Sales and I liked how the dealer respected my wishes to view certain cars. He helped me way the pros and cons for two- vs. four-door. Also, he went through the basics with me while sitting in the car and I greatly appreciated it. The sales person has now sold cars to my uncle, my grandparents, and myself. I would highly recommend this dealership and Michael specifically.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Advantage Auto Sales for all that they have done for us. We have purchased quite a few cars from them and the experience has been exceptional. You usually go to regular dealerships and sit there for hours with them negotiation, hounding you down, trying to get the best of you which is exhausting. Coming to Advantage for the last 6 years we have had such great service where we have come to pick out a car, settle on a price, get paperwork done in less than half of the amount of the time. The process is a breeze and we feel as though we are getting not only the best deal but having a relationship with the staff that is comfortable. They have meet our needs and concerns phenomenally and have always worked with us no matter what. Recently we participated in the lease and this experience has been awesome because we get to choose our vehicles and can change them as we go along that meets our needs. They are easy to work with and we are able to drive a beautiful car but have an ongoing relationship with Advantage which at no other dealership you can have. Advantage is our first choice and only choice to purchase our cars because of the price, the service, the programs in which they offer, and the relationship. Thank you for all the wonderful years.

Thank you! I just purchased an Infiniti G37 Journey sedan on Friday. I got a GREAT deal, thanks to your program. I started calling dealers Thursday. By Friday I had some great offers. Every time I would call and tell them I was going to buy from someone else I would get another offer. (I did not ask for a better offer.) I only wanted to call each dealer twice - but how could I say no? (I never sent an email; this was all done over the phone. And the maximum number of times I spoke to a dealer was 4.)

The sales person did a great job in my purchase. He was a gentleman and professional and went out of his way to make my sales experience a pleasant one. He even went to the detail shop and helped them finish getting my car ready.
He's top notch in my book and I will recommend people ask for him when making a purchase at Advantage Auto Sales.
