We had Precise Pest Control doing their service at our house on rodent (rat) problem over 6 months ago and we still have rats in the house. When Joe first came over, he answered "yes" with everything but after the money was paid, the service has been lackluster at best. It's often hard to get a hold of them or have them come. You usually have to call them several times to get them to come over and follow up. The worst was when it took them over a week to come over and pick up the dead rats.
