What moron at this WDEM channel made the "bright" decision to, every hour on the hour, BLAST an extremely loud sound while you cut off the last of every show to display your channel number on a blue background on the screen! Not only do we miss the last minutes of the show, but every hour as we're watching TV, this sound wakes every resting baby, adult, and dog/cat in the entire house. This is a ridiculously stupid advertising choice! As a result, I avoid your channel for the other crime channels as much as possible. I just cannot wrap my head around how an entire station agreed that that loud, obnoxious sound (coupled with not letting viewers see the end of any show) would be a fantastic idea. Your channel would be fantastic had someone not made this decision to blast viewers on an hourly basis. It's the biggest turnoff in all of television.

You are ruining the end of the programs. Any programs with an ending of words about the episode, are not seen or heard because of your large advertisement for "WDEM-17 COLUMBUS OHIO" is in the way. Blah!
