Joann doesn't do her.job, then gets called on the carpet about being such a slug, and she has to go find another attorney to threaten the former clients with cease and desist letters and legal action.
Her threatening legal action is a joke, but then again that's why she had another attorney do it.
She had to have another attorney do it for her, because honestly I'm not sure she would know how.
My husband hired her, she did NOTHING, charged him outrageous amounts for doing NOTHING...he then send her a letter ending their legal relationship. Then this woman calls him on speakerphone (he wanted me to hear their conversation as he recorded it) and she begs him not to "break up with her".
What attorney worth their salt is gonna call a male married client and say such an unprofessional thing?
I was mortified that she whined and asked him not to "break up" and give her another chance because she's extremely busy taking card of her husband who had cancer.
Why take a case you know you can't commit to?
Purely for the money.....
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR.....LOOK ELSEWHERE AND SKIP THE CALL TO HER OFFICE, if you have a toddler or know of one, hire them, because they'd most likely do a way better job than this woman did.
It's been a year since my husband "broke up" with her and we still don't have our money back, only the whiney woman who went to another attorney to send him the cease and desist email, because apparently she can't understand how to give a refund for services never received.
