Absolutely! All of our Strike Boxing and Strike Kickboxing classes are non-contact and take place on our 100lb punching bags. Each person has their own Heavy Bag. It’s you VS the bag! For your first class, you will receive a 15-30 minute detailed introductory lesson from our expert staff. They will show you proper technique and form, which will give you all the tools and knowledge you need to make your way through the class. As always, work at your own pace and take breaks as needed.
