Chef Larry creates dishes that are a 'twist' from the usual fare using flavors from all over the Mediterranean. Twist Bistro and Gallery serves lunch and dinner Tuesday-Sunday with brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. Join us for happy hour drink and food specials - Tuesday-Friday 3PM-6PM and 25% off the entire menu when you dine at the bar! We are located in "The Summit" Shopping Center on the east side of Scottsdale Road between Lone Mountain Road and the Carefree Highway in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The food is all scratch made and absolutely delicious! Chef Larry has put together some fabulous dishes. My favorite is the Chicken and Dumplings... not a traditional version, this one with gnocchi instead of regular dumplings. That's the 'twist'
