I am a business and tax attorney in Bethesda, Maryland. My practice is mainly focused around small and medium sized businesses who need tax or business advice. I have been practicing in the DC area for several decades, and am a graduate of the Harvard Law School. I also have an LLM in Taxation from Georgetown.

Through my affiliation with the Law Firm of Bregman, Berbert, Schwartz & Gilday in Bethesda, I also handle business and individual litigation in Maryland and DC, as well as real estate matters. The Bregman Berbert firm is one of the leading law firms in Montgomery County and I am pleased to be "of counsel" to the Firm.

Prior to my association with the Bregman Berbert law firm, I was of counsel to the firm of Spirer and Goldberg in Bethesda, and previously a partner in the Washington office of a medium sized commercial law firm in Baltimore, the Gordon Feinblatt law firm.
