Absolutely DO NOT use them if you want to have a good day today. The manager called me stupid on the phone and to "let the professionals do their jobs" when I called to ask a question after the tower incorrectly loaded the vehicle, potentially causing more damage, because he "wasn't about to lie down in that water" to hook the car up and load it properly. I was told to call the man's supervisor by the tire company I was on the phone with when he loaded the car and did just that. The person who answered the phone then said I was threatening him and continued to berate me, told me the tower was rude to me because I asked a stupid question and continually told me to "let the professionals do their jobs." I finally just hung up on him because I was so upset (not to him, I was polite and apologized for any misunderstanding) and called my insurance agency to file formal complaint so that they will hopefully be taken off their roadside assistance contracts.

yes please don't use us if you're like this customer. stated we potentially damaged her vehicle by driving the car onto our flatbed instead of winching onto bed. keep in mind it had 2 flat tires, so winching or driving onto the bed was exactly the same thing. also have spoke to mavis tire and found out that the owner was advised not to drive the vehicle to the repair facility not that it was bad to drive onto a tow truck. mavis manager has gave us permission if anything comes of this to please give progressive his number and will be glad to let them know what was actually discussed. as far as the statement that i said she was stupid, no did not call her stupid simply said she made a stupid comment (which is true to anyone with common sense). so just another customer trying to get something for nothing because she messed up her car. p.s. same customer that we came out several months ago to pick up her vehicle because she ran into her house and that was our fault too.
