Our limo service was established in 2013 with a dream to become the most accommodating, client transportation option state-wide. We set out to achieve this by offering our clientele a reliable and safe ride to their destination.. Our chauffeurs are professional, friendly, respective of your needs and will endeavor to get you to your destination on time regardless of traveling conditions. We appreciate unforeseen travel problems and will strive to stay ahead of travel changes in order to make your journey as efficient as possible. Company Policy Thank you for traveling with Diaz Limo Service The rate quoted in the confirmation is based on the information provided at the time of the booking, For airport and package pricing, additional stops will be assessed additional fees. For hourly service, additional time beyond the estimated end time, will be assessed additional fees. Our rates are all-inclusive, with the exception of tolls, fee and gratuity. All deposits are nonrefundable. Trips beginning between 12:00 am and 3:30 am will incur a $15.00 Off-Peak fee. For non-airport arrivals, we offer a 15 minute grace period. For domestic arrivals, we offer a 45 minute grace period, and for international arrivals, we offer a 60 minutes grace period. After the grace period, wait fees will be assessed per minute. Illegal drug use is prohibited by law, and will not be permitted in our vehicles. Any associated fines will be paid for by the customer. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles. Diaz Limo Service is not responsible for delays or the termination of trips caused by unsafe road conditions in inclement weather (or unsalted roads, accidents, etc.). Diaz Limo Service is not responsible for articles left in the vehicle . The balance of the trip to be paid at the completion of the run. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.If legal action is necessary to collect monies due, you will be responsible for all court costs, our attorney fees and the balance due. Also, any damages caused to the vehicle by client or their guests, will result in a minimum charge of $ 100.00, based on cost of damage. Brooklyn, NY I had to make a last minute reservation for a X-mas day pick-up from Manchester airport to Peterborough, NH (which is about an hour away). The driver (a female, which I appreciated) was right on time and drove very professionally (no speeding, no music playing unless requested and not too much chit-chat). This was my first time flying into Manhanthan-airport and first time visiting Peterborough, so I'm not sure what the usual going rate for a 1-way there should be but this service was very affordable (especially for a last-minute x-mas day pick-up, and compared to the other car services I researched for that area). I would most certainly use them again.
