Our goal at Appalachian Bodywork is improve our clients quality of life through massage and bodywork. Each client will have an individual treatment plan based on the their body's needs. Working with a Licensed Massage Therapist clients will set treatment goals and work together towards ending pain and discomfort. We offer a variety of techniques, including Swedish, Deep tissue, and Fascial stretching, to help our clients achieve their desired results. Whether you work 12 hour days, compete as an athlete at any level, or are plain just uncomfortable in your own skin we can help.
