Description: The West End, formerly the Underground once housed Robin Givens’ mother’s tea shop. That’s Mike Tyson’s mother-inlaw! In one of our other incarnations, we were New York’s only Communist Bookstore. Rumor has it that there were more FBI agents in here at any given time than actual communists. Established on August 8, 1997, it opened as a coffee shop and has since become a neighborhood favorite lounge and comedy/cabaret/music performance venue. We are now home to some of the best shows in nightlife!
