Michelle Ditto, owner of Ditto Data has over 35 years of small business, technology and graphic arts/publishing experience. Dating back to the original DOS 1.0,!!! I am considered an “old DOS Dog”. I have continued throughout my career to instruct small businesses in how the use of today’s technology can be used in their business. Successful for years running my own business, training and support for accounting software programs and Point of Sale systems. Working closely with one client, till it became easier to be put on their payroll, letting my own business lay low. Then I was let go.

Along my career, I have enjoyed using both my talents & tech savvy. My experience with technology has always worked well with my love of graphic arts. I have a vast amount of experience in creating, publications, full color magazines, flyers, coupons, schedules, price lists, menus, posters, billboard/banners & custom graphics for advertising layouts.

Now having to rebuild my business, I have seen a great opportunity for small
businesses to use the World Wide Web in numerous ways to reach new customers. My goal is to instruct small businesses in how to use technology as a great source of FREE advertising and promotion for their business. Creative, consistent content on the web that drives searching potential customers to your website, or directly to your door through online directory listings. Consumer platforms are more local, social and mobile now, giving small business an easily available marketing media outlet. My core specialties are understanding the small business challenges in being able to keep costs down while trying to build business up. My knowledge of technology, a strong background in design and marketing, and I have an established reputation as an instructor.

Ditto Data aims to assist business owners in having control over how they are viewed by customers and doing it in a very economical way by investing in knowledge of a tool that is used every day by virtually everyone! Sure there are big companies out there with monthly plans but their service is generic and repetitive. I can offer unique creativity, personal attention to details and teach you how to do this for yourself or purchase a concierge plan with me.
