FLUTTER STUDIOS is a Seattle based commercial photo rental studio, and an amazing "blank canvas" venue for special events.

Our beautiful 1,900 square foot loft-style studio features 22 foot-high ceilings, 100 year old exposed brick walls, huge open work space, conference room or lounge with French-doors, and mezzanine viewing deck.

FLUTTER Studios is centrally-located in the heart of historical Pioneer Square, just feet away from the waterfront, the Washington State Ferry Terminal, and all Seattle area public transportation options. There are many public garages within blocks of the space, and street parking if free after 6:00PM in our part of the Pioneer Square business district.
