Blankets ordered, Micheal handled my order and sent it to the wrong address. He owned this, resent my order but sent the wrong size blankets. I returned the blankets and now he refuses to speak to me on the phone, he has my money and blankets. I have sent video and pics and have been calling daily. Micheal is my contact and he has taken my money and the blankets. DISHONEST and poor customer service. This is supposed to be a fair trade business, but all I have seen is poor customer service and dishonest businesses practices. I have left 8 messages requesting my refund after tracking the return.
