One Stop Service Shop

The only thing going for this shop is their work. But customer service is so awful that I could pass the work and pay someone else to do the quality work. The wife quoted 3 different prices for rim repairs and found out we were still overpriced after we paid by someone who knows actual worth. She lied about "complications"(no one working in it). Rim was dropped off Monday with 2-3 days expected. Promised Wednesday for pick up. Failed on Wednesday and given Friday 9. Called before 9 and got hung up on how we were bothersome asking constantly about when it's ready. So we decided to drive up instead call back because everything was suspicious. When we got there she said it needs to be primed still, but mechanic was like it's been primed and we need to wait to dry. The wife said she can yell and talk rudely to us because she's the owner and she doesn't care about customer service because they have customers still. The co-owner/wife brags about staying in business and when we ask to talk to her husband who's actual owner she refuses. She constantly mixed up her stories for something so simple but it was because they never worked on it until the day it was to get picked up. She also tried to sell off brand tires twice actual market price and said there's no difference in quality in comparison to big brands like Firestone cuz all we're paying for was name brand. They hustle people out their pockets.
