This review is long over due and I m not a person to write reviews but I was so impressed by their level of service and attention to details. When your going through a legal process whether it be bankruptcy or anything else, it can be scary and nerve racking but after 10 minutes I knew I made the right choice and was totally comfortable and the stress started to leave me. I now have a new standard of what a professional is and it is them. Not only was the business side of my bankruptcy case handled professionally and perfectly but the personal side as well. I was in and out of court so fast I didn't know what to say except "thank you" and that my case was overly prepared. I would highly, highly recommend this law firm and continue to recommend them to anyone.

I first contacted Robert Simonian's office back in the summer of 2020. For someone like me, who's a bit shy to talk on the phone, I found that I could send an email to ask about my situation. They were very quick to respond, the next day if I'm not mistaken which to me was a big plus and a sign they're ready to help. Not having dealt with something like this before, I was wondering if bankruptcy was the right option for me. I knew I couldn't ignore the letters and the summons to court any longer, but I still had to wait and save before I was ready to file. It wasn't until of January 2021 that I've finally was ready for the next step. Along the way, both Bob and his assistants were in constant communication with me, letting me know what things they needed from me and when things would be taking place. It was so much easier than I thought it would. Even the creditor's meeting was not scary at all. Now that it's finally over, I feel like a new person.
