Busy Bee was founded in 1972 as a coin operated, store front laundromat that offered drop-off service. Victor Waln, Sr., a lettered accountant, bought the building and machines. Victor did the books while Bonnie, his wife, did the laundry. The store front was operated daily until the mid-nineties.
