Good customer service and value for money is very hard to find these days, especially with insurance companies. I needed to renew my pilot life insurance, so decided to check out a few other companies. I was never so impressed as I was with Alpha Risk Management. They made the transition from one company to another very easy. They are professional, friendly, and let's not forget they offer value for money.

When I first got my Pilot's license, I didn't realize how hard it was going to be to find good pilot life insurance. I had called several companies and was not happy with either the policy offered, the staff attitude, or in a lot of cases, both. When I contacted Alpha Risk Management, I was met with very pleasant staff who were more than happy to answer all of my questions. I arranged an appointment and went from there. I highly recommend this company.

I am a private pilot with my own small aircraft. I quite often look around for the best value for money for both pilot insurance as well as aircraft insurance. Alpha Risk Management got my business for a number of reasons. It's not just the great rates, but their great staff. Best output….! I was referred to Alpha Risk Management by my real estate agent. I also spoke with two other local providers for aircraft. I was amazed when quotes came in lower than I used to pay. I liked their facilities and I took a policy for 10 years. I will also recommend them to all.

Best Rates -- Best Service..! Last year, I went to Alpha Risk Management agency and I had all my insurance with for over 20 years. The reason was better rates. Despite the numerous ads on TV that claim if you switch FROM Alpha Risk Management to their product, you can save various amounts.

Great Customer Service and very friendly…! I have aircraft insurance for my company with Alpha Risk Management. After last accident I received an estimate for the company to repair it and I contracted with Alpha Risk Management. They came in the same week and after inspection I got the money within 7 days…!!

Alpha Risk Management agent is awesome. We lost our aircraft (helicopter) in the tornado and she personally came to what was left and we cried together. You put your trust in an agent never planning to have a disaster, but I'm so glad we put our trust in Alpha Risk Management. They really care about their customers. Impressed with quick claim handling..! I have had Insurance for a number of years now for all of my aircraft. Last Monday one helicopter ended up being a total loss. I am so impressed by how quick Alpha Risk Management handled our claim and he did listen to what we would like to see happen and took that into consideration before making his determination. He also worked with the body shop directly and that meant must less for me to worry about. I am very happy with how it all went and took care of everything! Thank you

"Good Hands" In January 2011, my husband and I bought our first new helicopter and immediately insured it with Alpha Risk Management. We have continued our coverage with them through the years. Yes, we have had claims, but we have always been in "Good Hands" with Alpha Risk Management.
