This is a great business. The people are very friendly. I didn't know how to handle getting my unlawful detainer (eviction) handled, called them from a list of a few other places, and they helped me with the whole process. I talked to some other places and their prices were so high!!!! I not only liked the people here, but they made this process easier than I thought it would be.

I had a great experience with DFW Legal Support. They are extremely responsive, keep you in the loop about your filings, and are really pleasant to work with. I had a last minute hiccup where I had to provide a few more documents on late notice and they were more than flexible. The responsiveness is a huge plus for me - it really makes a difference in this line of work.

I would give this rating 10 stars if I could! Ryan accomplished what I was beginning to think was an impossible task in terms of getting service completed to someone who was very much evading service. He was professional throughout and kept me updated via email/phone as well as sent me pictures verifying his attempts/efforts. I had a very positive experience working with him during an otherwise stressful time. Thank you Ryan!

Ryan did an outstanding job for us. He was extremely professional and thorough, going beyond what we expected from a process server. He answered the phone every time we called, which really impressed us even before he served our papers the same day he received them. He was always available before, during, and after the process. I use Ryan Von Hofgaarden for all my services in area he covers. Ryan and DFW Legal Support are on top of there work, get it done, get me details when they can't get the work done and unlike a lot of people in the business they don't charge that much and do not nickel and dime you.

Mr. Von Hofgaarden showed incredible patience with us in the days leading up to completing this crucial legal procedure. I had to cancel a couple of times earlier in the week because my mother became ill. When my mother brightened, he was wiling and able to move immediately at short notice. He showed exceptional discernment during the signing process with my mother as well as compassion and gentleness. I cannot recommend Von Hofgaarden strongly enough. He is extraordinary at what he does.

Ryan Von Hofgaarden, the Director of DFW Legal Support, arrived as he promised with two witnesses to notarize my mother's signature on two power-of-attorney forms. This was a long way for Mr. Von Hofgaarden to come on a Saturday night as it was for the two witnesses. They had to enter the facility where my mother and I were at odds with the management without drawing attention to themselves. They did so masterfully, coming to my mother's room without raising suspicion.
Once in the room, Mr. Von Hofgaarden was able to quickly organize the signing ritual as he filled out the forms and patiently instructed my mother how to sign them. Upon completion of the paperwork, they left promptly trusting me to pay later, which I have now done. The entire process took only a few minutes and was seamless.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of having to defend my rights by going to court. Prior to filing my case, communication with the defendant had been adversarial and as a result, I expected the defendant to resist the process service. I hired DFW Legal Support, and they were able to successfully serve the defendant within an hour of obtaining the service paperwork. I was notified a few minutes after the defendant was successfully served, and received the notarized service attestation two days later. Now, I can focus on preparing for the case, knowing that the defendant won’t be able to use a technicality to frustrate my pursuit of justice. I would highly recommend DFWLS, and will certainly use them in the future, if I ever find myself in the unfortunate position of having to go to court again.

Much of the Impressionable Kids product is created in Cairns and sent out to our franchisees around North Texas so the online Track and Trace procedure is often used by the receivers to check how the delivery is progressing – especially on the long journeys.

We really appreciate having our own DFWLS Logistics dedicated courier and being able to make contact with him direct on his mobile. Our courier works to a set timetable and that suits our business as we always know what time he’ll be calling to pick up our packages.

They did exactly as they said they would. Very professional, good communication throughout, and completed the serve in an extremely timely manner. I don’t have to have people served often, but when I do, this is the right company to use.

This is my personal opinion. 18 days until service was made only after some communication issues. LM at 214-702-1605 two times with some answering service with no call back. Ryan answered on the third call. Promised call back that day but did not do so. Initial response was no papers received, second was they tried to serve three times. Could and still will not provide attempted service dates or times. Company address was a PMB at a UPS store. Other excuses include medical emergency, not my fault, and moving office. Nearly three weeks after papers were sent until he made service. Finally hired ontimecouriers.com and they served within a couple of hours. He finally served papers after some heated emails. I will not hire this company again.
