Facilitating ease and balance in your body thru: Swedish Massage, Shiatsu, Relaxation/Stress Relief Massage, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Bodywork, Movement Education, Breathwork, Visualization & Meditation. Special emphasis on computer posture, for example low back/neck pain with a focus on core strength solutions and ergonomic education.

Bio
Since 2003, I've enjoyed a dynamic private practice in Manhattan while also providing orthopedic massage to out-patients at the Kima Center for Physical Therapy. Additionally, I work with the USTA Sports Medicine Team at the US Open Championships providing sports massage to the world's top-ranked tennis players.

Training
I began my Healing Arts Degree focusing on bodywork and somatic movement at the Esalen Institute which is known for its integrative and innovative approach to wellness. Thereafter, I enrolled at the Swedish Institute graduating with an Associate's Degree in Occupational Studies.

Massage Studio
I take as much pride in my wellness space as in my massage practice. The treatment room has a view onto a tree-lined park and the pure oils & cremes used are all natural and hypoallergenic. The studio Is located east of Union Square on 14th street in Manhattan.

Rates
In calls at my studio are $120 for the hour, outcalls in manhattan are $180.
