Excellent Service! I didn’t even realize that there were bad reviews about Management. I decided to write a review and then I saw these reviews. Management Appliances is an excellent company. My stove the oven was on fire and I had another company checked my oven and told me that I have to replace it. When I checked how much for a new stove it was too expensive, so I decided to call another company which is Management Appliances. The tech by the name of Aaron came and checked the stove and then he pulled the stove out and checked the back and saw where the tube is for the gas to pass through it had a hole and the gas was escaping. He told me that I have to replace the tube and replace the wire harness. I was panicking because I wasn't sure if that was going to work. I took a chance and let him do it. This repair was done six months ago and I am now writing this review because I wanted to see if my oven will be okay. “Well I must tell you” Management is a great company. PLEASE TRY THEM!

There is something very wrong with this company. The first service call was normal. never heard back about part ordered. Called over and over with assurance they would call me back. Appointment made and no one showed up. Claimed that part came in broken (but didnt bother to call). Awful awful service. Dont use them.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give them 0 of 5 stars, I would. I have been attempting to have my refrigerator repaired under warranty with this company for over 3 weeks now. It took 3 separate promised visits before their serviceman finally showed up to even look at it. He merely adjusted the temperature dial (like I'm an idiot and hadn't tried that when my fridge was 60 degrees), and said he'd call me in the morning, which he never did. I had to call them the next afternoon, at which time they said they'd order a part. A week later, I hadn't heard anything, so I called again. They subsequently scheduled and stood me up for three separate visits, and all 4 people I spoke to who promised to look into it and call me back, never did. Today I called and insisted she put me on hold whilst calling the serviceman, since I knew she'd never call me back. She proceeded to put me on hold for over 20 minutes, and did not pick up when I hung up and called again. Truly appalling service, and complete disregard for the customer.
