Professional, reliable and awesome customer service

one of the worst thing that can happen to a person early in the morning is when you have to be at work and your car wont start. After looking up dozens of auto mechanics in my area, I was not able to find anyone to assist me. So I took to the internet and found Atlanta's Mobile Mechanic. I called and to my amazement the lady I spoke to Debbie was so personal, and the person she sent to help me was the best. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was courteous, and patient. Moreover, he did not stop at one part store, he called around to several to get the part I needed. Who does that in this age and time! If I could give this business a 10, I would. As a matter of fact I will give it a 10. I am very pleased with my out come. This will be the place for me for as long as I own a vehicle. Ms. Gerri.

I called in around 8am inquiring about my Electronic Throttle Control sensor showing and explained I was unable to go past a certain speed. I spoke with "Joseph" who stated that I was able to schedule an appointment for him to come out at 1pm, that it would be $50 for him to come out, and he could run a diagnostic test to find the problem. Great! He had me send my address and vehicle information to a separate number. I left work early because he stated that they did not work past 3:30pm. It was 1pm and he had not arrived, neither had I heard from him stating he was either running late or had another obligation. When I called him at 1pm verifying if he was coming, his response verbatim was, "When I finish doing what I'm doing here, yea Ima head that way." 2:30pm I called and was forwarded to the answering machine. I sent him a text asking if he was still coming and that a courtesy text stating he was running late or if he could not make it would have been nice. He didn't even have enough respect to reply. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! No true sense of customer service. And I'm not the type of person to get mad because you had something come up. He could have simply said that and saved my time, so that I could have rescheduled or went elsewhere. Inconvenient. AGAIN, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Terrible..... would never use this guy again. Called him out for a problem, he claimed he fixed it but it wasn't fixed. He has a very nasty attitude and is always in a rush. Also he takes his girlfriend everywhere with him. Not professional at all. My car still has the same problem as before. Called him to come take a second look, he came for 15 minutes and left again. Problem is still there! Never using this guy again.

My battery died on me and I needed help getting it replaced. The service was excellent and prompt. Within an hour and a half of getting a quote on the battery plus installation, my car was running beautifully. I would definitely recommend this company!

Recently I needed transmission service on my car and could not drive it from home. Joey and Kari came out and took care of all my problems and the car now runs great. Joey did a great job fixing my Acura got me back on the road after a very short time, I paid $200 less with him than what the dealership and he warranties all of his stuff too..

Joey is very well educated in his cars and did my wife a great service, she was stranded and he went to help her, I was out of town and could not go get her my self. I am very appreciative that he did such a great job. Alternator and plugs, went ahead and had him do a fuel filter too.. Basically a regular tune up on the side of the road, great guy, reasonable prices. Will reccomend him to any one.
