Atmosphere: Born and raised in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, Dr. Kenneth Hobbs has been practicing podiatry in Topeka, Kansas for over 30 years. Dr. Hobbs received his BA degree at the University of Wisconsin and attended Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine (formerly Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine) in North Chicago, Illinois.
