1. Oklahoma City Zoo

2. National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum

3. Myriad Botanical Gardens

Featured here is the 224-foot tall Crystal Bridge Tropical Conservatory living plant museum which offers exotic animals, waterfalls, huge palm trees and tropical plants and flowers. There is also a sunken lake surrounded by beautiful landscaping.

4. Frontier City

This western-themed amusement park offers thrill rides, water rides and those designed for families and children. Live shows are offered daily.

5. Science Museum Oklahoma

Hands-on learning for science lovers of all ages can be found here. There is a planetarium, dome theater and several specialized galleries. Many activities are offered specifically for children.

6. Oklahoma Railway Museum

Come take a train ride and see railroad locomotives, passenger cars, cabooses and an authentic 19th century depot. Exhibits of railroad and trolley artifacts show the development of Oklahoma's railway system through the 20th century.

7. White Water Bay

This water park features water slides, family rides and raft rides. Friday nights feature "dive-in" movies.

8. Oklahoma City Museum of Art

Features original selections from its own collection, visiting collections, large collection of Chihuly glass and a theater which shows classic, independent and foreign films.

9. Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark

Home of the Oklahoma City Red Hawks and frequently used to host the Big 12 Baseball Tournament.

10. Oklahoma State Firefighters Museum

Displays antique fire apparatus and equipment, including antique gear from the 18th century, world's largest patch collection and more.
