We hired Rick and his company to install a fence for us. He required 1/2 the payment up front. He found he and his crew did not have the necessary equipment to do the job. He said he would refund me. Then he said he would refund me, minus expenses. Why would I pay for their expenses. It is not our fault he lacked the necessary equipment! BUT, NO REFUND OF ANY TYPE HAS BEEN RECEIVED! He took our money and we have nothing to show for it, and we are seniors on a fixed income.
