Healing By Design Rolfing Si

Rolfing® Structural Integration is a full body alignment technique through deep tissue touch. When the body is aligned correctly then it can be free from pain and discomfort that comes from injury or years of compensations. Rolfing® is best done through a series of 10 sessions with work being done from head to toe and front to back to unbind and release the fascia of the body. Clients notice within 1-2 sessions a sense of renewed energy when their bodies are freed from the things that have caused pain or discomfort. I combine my Rolfing® SI sessions with Acupressure Kinesiology muscle testing to find where muscles are not functioning properly. I use a series of acupressure points to activate the imbalances and get the energy systems of the body flowing again. When your chi is stuck, I work to locate the source of the problem and get it flowing properly so the body can experience full healing. I also work with the Emotion Cody and Body Cody systems.
