I have attempted to contact the owners for a resolution for nearly 3 weeks texting, calling and posting with zero response from them. This wash is *extremely* expensive - a full cycle self service wash and quick dry of the windows will cost you $10-$15 bucks. I would drive 15-20 minutes and pay the expense because of the washes meticulously maintained and clean bays/equipment. Unfortunately, it appears this is no longer the case. After finishing my wash I noticed big black tons of oil all over my short leg, the vehicle, etc. it appears that some damage to the pressure washing hose was “patched” and was badly disintegrated leaving these oil deposits. (See picture) What should have taken me $15 bucks and about 30 minutes turned into approx $35.00, 4 clothes rendered unusable, and 1.5 hours of my time in an attempt to remove the oil. After switching bays, I was forced to switch bays a 2nd time (3rd bay) because many of the functions and air dry were not working properly. The spot free rinse is a drizzle and does absolutely nothing to assist in the air blower drying process. On top of that, the vacuums will set you back a couple bucks and likely require multiple reloads to clean your car- again worth it because the suction is excellent and machines maintained. All in all , I could have gone up the road to Mister Carwash, got inside and out for about $12 bucks and 15 minutes of my time. I will never go here again. Clearly the pride of ownership has been lost as evidenced in the poor maintaining of the equipment and lack of response from the owners pertaining to issues. I hope this owner will do the right thing and reach out to me in an attempt to restore my confidence in the wash (and my use).
