The house was built in 1904 for Alfred Augustus Edwards. Mr. Edwards was an early Colorado pioneer from Pennsylvania, who was instrumental in building the first irrigation projects in Northern Colorado. Built by local architect Montezuma Fuller, this elegant Fort Collins home with its high ceilings and large leaded glass windows provide a bright spaciousness that complements the antique furnishings. In 1992, the Edwards House was purchased and renovated, restoring it to the beautiful Bed & Breakfast you see today.
