First of all, Nathan was met by the subcontractors at the location, where he clearly instructed exactly where to put the sign. Second we hired contractors to install the sign because it was after hours and Nathan wanted his sign up for a grand opening for the next day. They went at night as a favor. The water sprinkler line only affected a small portion of the "new" used floor (it was not brand new according to the floor installer). Nathan also refused the water extractor from entering the building that I personally hired and had show up only to be refused. The floor never buckled and Nathan's scam with the floor guy went off as planned. After speaking to the floor guy, he said there was not permanent damage and he planned to resale the floors AGAIN! USA Signs is licensed, insured and bonded and has been in business for 8 years but refuses to participate in insurance fraud. LOOK IT UP!

Absolutely HORRIBLE. In October 2009, USA Signs moved my sign for me. They showed up after dark, drilled through the wall to install without getting building plans, drilled into a water pipe which leaked all over my brand new $8,000 wood floors for an hour. The floors were 2 days old. USA Signs then gave me the run around. They then informed me that they did not have current insurance. The floor buckled and needed to be replaced. I paid another $8,000 for another floor. In 1.5 years since then, USA Signs has NOT PAID ME A SINGLE PENNY for the damages that they caused. They are irresponsible, disorganized, and flat dishonest. I have a judgement against them, and even then they still have made no efforts to pay me at all. In fact, after they ruined my floors, it took me 3 months of daily phone calls to get them to just come out and finish the sign install! I would not recommend this company to anyone under any circumstance. Use them at your own risk and be aware that it is at your own risk. I fell horrible for anyone who uses this company. I bet they still have no insurance!
